Food #03 is providing a community space where we partner with different groups / NGOS / individuals to share our space/kitchen and to bring about new menu and F&B concept.
Our first partnership is Chef Ben Kway with his ‘start-up’ BenBino’s. He will be creating a new menu which will include non-veg & veg items. Our popular dishes like Dugu Burger and Laksa Pesto Pasta will still be available.
In the near future, we will be adding a Raw Vegan Food Menu prepared by Food #03’s Woon Tien Wei.
Philosophy
- No Added MSG, GST & Service charge
- Yes we use sea salt and olive oil
- We will reduce, re-use and recycle everything we can.
- Coffee and tea grounds are collected to be use as composting fertilizer.
- We compost and make garbage enzyme from our raw vegetable waste (link to shop!).
- Our used cooking oil is recycled for bio-diesel.
- We feed the needy in the area with our Soup Kitchen Project on Mondays.
- We distribute and sell fairtrade coffees, teas and chocolate because we believe that farmers should be paid a fair wage in third world countries.
- We give a part of our profits to Post-Museum in support of their cultural and social work.

We do provide no garlic and onion for 2 dishes but don’t know how strict your friends are but we are selling veg/non-veg food. (are they vegans as well?)
Some of my veg friends are quite strict in that sense, so I occassionally make something special for them.
Do let me know when it will be and I can see if I can accomadate … call us on our hotline, to clarify. The last thing I want is to leave u disappointed.
